Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All types of Balls
  • Clearance Slowpitch Softball Bats

Important Note for Baseball and Softball Bats: All bats can only be returned if they are in original, unused condition with the manufacturer’s warranty sticker intact. Used bats cannot be accepted for return due to safety concerns and league regulations.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely with all original packaging
  5. Include the completed return form (download template below)
  6. Ship the package to our return address (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once the return is received
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the new item
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • We may provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items

International Returns

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
