2. Products and Services

Top Softball specializes in high-quality baseball and softball equipment including:

• Baseball bats (including AXE, DeMarini, and Easton brands)
• Fastpitch and slowpitch softball bats
• Balls, equipment bags, and backpacks
• Specialty items like Fungo bats and exclusive Headbanger bats
• Clearance items as available

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor variations may occur, and we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of colors will exactly match the product.

Product Restrictions:

Due to safety concerns and league regulations, all bat returns require the manufacturer’s warranty sticker to be intact and the product to be in unused condition.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel orders for any reason

4. Shipping Policy

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully:

Return Timeframe:

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Condition Requirements:

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags attached
• Bats require the manufacturer’s warranty sticker to be intact
• Balls and clearance slowpitch softball bats cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons

Return Process:

1. Contact customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Ship the item to our return address at your expense

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
